# Token Staking

**Progressive Unlocking:**

Please note that our pools are using Progressive Unlocking, meaning that your tokens will **NOT** be fully locked for the entire Lock Period and you will be able to withdraw a percentage of your Staked Tokens on a daily basis.\
\
For example, if I stake 100k $NUTS in the Bronze Pool, I can withdraw 25% after 7.5 days, 50% after 15 days, and so on...\
\
**Withdraw Cooldown:** 1 Day | You can only withdraw once a day.&#x20;

## <mark style="color:orange;">Bronze Pool:</mark>

The Bronze Pool is the last pool in our pool grading system, with the lowest rewards but the shortest lock period.

🔒 **Lock Period: 30 Days**

✖️ **Multiplier: 1x**

## Silver Pool:

The Silver Pool is the 3rd pool in our pool grading system.

🔒 **Lock Period: 90 Days**

✖️ **Multiplier: 2x**

The Silver Pool is the 2nd pool in our pool grading system.

🔒 **Lock Period: 180 Days**

✖️ **Multiplier: 3x**

## <mark style="color:blue;">Platinum Pool:</mark>

The Platinum Pool is the 1st pool in our pool grading system, with the highest rewards distributed over 1 Year period.&#x20;

🔒 **Lock Period: 360 Days**

✖️ **Multiplier: 4x**

\- Compounding your rewards will reset your **Unlock Time**.\
\- **Stake** will also **Compound** your rewards (if you already have $NUTS staked).\

## MetaStakedNUTS ℹ️

When you stake $NUTS, you receive 1 [**MetaStakedNUTS**](https://explorer.multiversx.com/collections/METASNUTS-496432) for each $NUTS staked.&#x20;

The MetaStakedNUTS is a META Token used to track your staking position, transferable, meaning that you can transfer your staking position to another wallet.

This approach is very similar to how xExchange farms/pools work.
